In September I finally went to see the Australian Carla dal Forno - an artist who I follow for quite some years now - in the Amsterdam bar murmur. It was my first time seeing her live, so I didn’t know what to expect exactly. It was quite an intimite evening: just her on vocals, drum computer, sampler and her brother on bass. It was beautiful. The cozy living room setting was perfect for this minimalist music. The track below is Side By Side, from her 2022 album Come Around.
